End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

• This EULA is a legal agreement between you (the user) and Spryng concerning your use of the Spryng App.

• By downloading or using the Spryng App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. License Grant

• Spryng grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Spryng App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Compliance with App Store and Google Play Policies

• You agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Spryng, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC, and that Spryng is solely responsible for the Spryng App and its content.

4. Restrictions

• You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Spryng App.

• You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Spryng App or any part thereof.

5. Consent to Use of Data

• You agree that Spryng may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system, and application software, to facilitate updates and product support.

6. Termination

• This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Spryng.

• Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s).

7. External Services

• The Spryng App may enable access to Spryng and third-party services and websites. Use of these services may require Internet access and that you accept additional terms.

8. No Warranty

• The Spryng App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind.

• Spryng does not warrant that the Spryng App will meet your requirements or that the operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Spryng be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Spryng App.

10. Governing Law

• This EULA and your use of the Spryng App are governed by the laws of Dubai International Financial City (DIFC).
