Johan Premfors

Co-founder / CEO

Johan is an innovator, with a diverse background, from investment banking to telecoms. In 2015 he took over the world's largest coaching school, Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), revamping its US and global operations. In 2020, he directed his efforts towards developing the concept that became Spryng.

Donald Tanguay PhD

Co-founder / CTO

Donald led the engineering teams of Google Image Search, growing the product area over 15 years to 700M DAUs (5B MAU) and from $0 revenue to $2B ARR. Donald has degrees in Computer Science from MIT and a PhD in robotics and computer vision from Stanford University.

Gönan Premfors

Co-founder

Gönan founded the Coaches Training Institute in Dubai and is a coaching pioneer. Her institute, a leading school in Dubai has trained thousands of coaches and leaders. She is a renowned curriculum designer, and advises governments on matters related to coaching and human development. 

Mark Woodward

Chief Design Officer

Mark has designed iconic brands seen and used by millions including BP, Wall’s Ice Cream, and Burj Khalifa. He also led the the visitor experience efforts for 24 million visitors for Dubai Expo 2020. Mark is a world-class illustrator, art director, and producer.

Gustav Sletten Larsson

Advisor

Gustav has experience in both startups and VC. He brings a unique dual perspective to Spryng. His entrepreneurial track record and digital product experience makes him a key player in the strategic direction of the company.

Brent Kievit-Kylar PhD

Chief Science Officer

Brent led the metrics analysis for Google Image Search. He was also part of the team that built the largest metagenomic DNA database in the world. Brent has a PhD in cognitive science and his thesis was the precursor multimodal models that led to LLMs.
